Making customer service better using AI and Machine learning.

- Lead the design and development of the backend system for the Instafrsh product which was used for serving groceries to customers.- Lead the iPhone App development for the Instafrsh product.- Involved in Ideation phase to implementation phase, when the company was switching to a new business venture.- Developed an in-house AI algorithm for iDelivr chat bot.

1) Worked with couple of startups( Entrayn and VUME interactive networks) as a part time.2) Was involved in the design and development of the core products in the above startups mentioned.3) Lead the Entrayn mobile product from ideation to implementation phase. Under my leadership, company was able to roll out their mobile product in just a span of 1 month. Now its one of their primary revenue generating products. Its now being used by around 1-5 lakh customers.4) Had also done consulting for some of the very early stage startups.

1) Had been part of the initial core kick ass team, that has built the online education platform. 2) Had mostly worked with the top management of the company.3) Played a key role in the evolution of the product in terms of both design and development. 4) As a part of the job, I was also responsible in hiring the development team .
