He has extensively worked in the Retail/Logistics and Manufacturing domains and executed multiple engagements in Supply chain, POS, General Merchandise, Material Management, PPM, Warehousing, Sales/Distribution, Shipping, ERP and CRMs. He started his career in RAMCO systems implementing Marshall for a Process industry and later moved into IBM/AS400, BPCS, SYNON/2e, JDE/PRISM technologies to work on companies like Good year Malaysia, Matshushita electric Singapore, Cirrus Logic USA, Cargill foods USA, EXEL Logistics UK, Intel USA, Motorola USA, Caterpillar USA and JCPenney USA.He has over the years honed skills in Delivery Management, Focused Leadership, Change Management, Negotiation, Branding & Marketing, Human Relations and People Management as well as managing P&Ls. He was earlier the Strategic Accounts head for Retail/Manufacturing accounts and also the Center Head for Birlasoft Chennai. He was playing a pivotal & cogent role in expanding his portfolio to ensure a rigorous growth of exceeding the assigned targets and to become the most outperforming unit in the company. He has an entrepreneurial management style and is a strategic thinker with the ability to take a vision from concept/strategy to reality through focused execution. He was responsible in acquiring a number of significant customers including Caterpillar, UTC, Volkswagen, Intel, Goodyear, EXEL Logistics, DTCC, ACS, etc.
