• Conduct research and study problems, prepare solutions and recommendations, and coordinate with the authorities• Preparing the agenda of meetings held under the chairmanship of the Governor and following up on the implementation of recommendations and decisions• Studying all the projects presented to the Governor and ascertain their feasibility from a technical point of view.• Reviewing all projects before presenting them to the Governor in terms of design, estimated measurements and items • Follow-up on the work being carried out to ensure the implementation of project schedules
