- Responsible for the monthly closing in more than 15 country.- Managing the critical cases related to the month closing or our orders generally.- Tracking our shipments and purchase orders with the supply planning and logistics team.- Response for the cycle count for our stock storage and monitoring our warehouses.- Direct reporting to group procurements manager.

Azadea Business Services Team- Part of P2P process through ERP system Oracle, Follow up on the purchasing process from select the quotation till pay to the supplier and follow up on the payment and the order delivery.- Follow up on the tax invoices and route it to the right approval and push to pay.- Create local & foreign Purchase Orders and support in the logistics service in shipments. - Purchasing category “ Capex Engineering, Maintenance Services, IT hardware & Software, Furniture, Cleaning Services, Security Services and Marketing”- Support in opening stores in new countries & support in contract management.- Handling more than 30 brands in more than 15 country most of them Gulf countries.- Support in Stock Items Management.- Work closely with the suppliers specially in Egypt.
