Monthly assessment of the Attendance and Effects sheet (attendance, annual vacation, sick leave, overtime,and penalties) to check that all procedures are in accordance with labor laws.o Receive vacation, penalty, project transfers, and staff requisition paperwork.o Participate in HR activities such as job fairs, training sessions, and networking.o Follow up on project personnel and satisfy any hiring needs (open positions).o Maintain employee personnel files.o Renew the project staff' contracts.o Monitor the probation period evaluation on a monthly basis and keep it in the employee file.o Maintain separation filling (resignation, termination, and contract end).o Provide solutions to daily operating challenges.o Ensure that all new hires add to the punch-in and out machine.o Supports implementation of recruitment processes and ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliancewith overall strategic planning.
