 Acting as a point of contact between the sales team and operations to ensure proper flow of all needed documents and information for the shipping process.  Managing Company CRM to ensure all data is up to date and this includes creating and Reviewing Estimates, adding all required information for the shipping process. Coordinating transportation plan and creating Job orders for different shipments including horse name, pickup and final location and other contact information required. Update and referring the clients about the dates and time of their shipments arrival and stable address in GCC and Europe. Following up with the Key Account Managers updating their proposals status or closed shipments and clients payment status. Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards. Reporting directly to the Sales Director.

 Assist the purchasing director in the day to day workflow. Responsible for scheduling his meetings and appointments. Responsible for the travel arrangements during business trips and during international exhibitions period for executives, senior management and middle management: hotel booking, airlines, car rental. Dealing with the Italian chamber of commerce and cooperating with them in different events and cases. Issuing memos and correspondence to different departments according to the business need. Facilitating the administrative issues with the different departments and the managing director's office. Responsible for the petty cash and settling it with the finance each month. Responsible for the purchasing director’s expenses during business trips, international exhibitions and business lunch with suppliers and also settling these expenses with the finance and handling any issue that might come across. Filling and keeping records. Answering phone calls and E-mails.
