Omnia salah is an Egyptian-based visual artist. She received her PHD from Helwan University in Cairo , Egypt in 2014. She obtained a BFA from the faculty of Applied Arts, Helwan University, Egypt in 2003.Had received a DAAD (3 month scholarship) to Germany that affects her work , and fulfil her experience . Her practice involves a variety of investigations of woman and society in Middle east . Her work contains different concepts which are derived from personal life and her own experience . She presents her ideas through Sculpture , installation, interactive installation. She had participated in many of well known group and solo exhibitions since 2000.
