Executive Management Assistant
Current- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the CEO, ensuring the company remains organized and fostering a positive, productive team environment.- Take ownership of projects, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc management assignments on behalf of senior management, driving initiatives to completion.- Facilitate communication with key stakeholders, including senior officials, business leaders, trading partners, investors, media, vendors, and key clients.- Manage the CEO’s phone line, coordinate meetings, handle the calendar, and organize travel arrangements efficiently.- Attend or conduct meetings on behalf of the CEO, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal employees to foster a collaborative working environment.- Assist the CEO with day-to-day tasks, such as compiling new projects from multiple sources and managing project submissions.- Help compile client deliverables and oversee posting on social media platforms, contributing to the company’s visibility.
