Turned out Principal was the easiest. Just had to start the business, then work it hard through good times and bad. Tenacity, after all, has always been my friend. Marketer took a bit more effort. Continuing education, Industry Certifications, a wealth of reading and meetings and collaborating with the best marketers. Listener has always been the most fun for me. I enjoy listening to people. Really listening, and not forming opinions or making decisions before I’ve had a chance to hear it all. Questioning without judging. This is the way to Wisdom. Creations include showing Clients how to use promotional products to get the most effect for their dollars spent. Their goals guide the creations. A knowledge of the available items, what’s hot and trendy, and the best Vendors to work with, all goes into the mix. River? A river flows. It transports, nurtures, provides for and sustains. It keeps very little for itself, while providing much. I constantly strive to be a River.
