Act as a strategic partner with the top management to expand the business in Asia and to build up a factory in China by 2014.Work with senior management team to understand the business environment and to formulate, drive human resource management solutions to address corporate strategies and goals. Focus on developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage, retain and develop the talent and leadership needed to support aggressive business growth. Oversee the development of solutions while leveraging skills of others to deliver results with highly complex, diverse teams.
