- Creation and Maintenance of monthly PCT KPI Scorecards for Directors and Executives- Monthly and Bi-monthly KPI report creation for the Board and CEC Reports- Maintenance of monthly exception reporting for indicators which achieved a "yellow" or "red" "RAG" rating each month- Independent analysis of PCT wide immunisation data for submission to Cover Stats- Analysis and validation of Breastfeeding data - Creation of a GP Dashboards, Chlamydia Screening Dashboard and Collaborative reports with ongoing performance monitoring- Collaboration in the setting Operating Framework targets- Analysis of Continuing Care budgets, costs and savings- Prepare regular reports and submissions to NHS London, Unify and DoH- Provide analytical support to various different Health Departments- Provide ad hoc support to different directorates

-Support a multitude of clients on Coins new web based application as well as Coins Unix application.- Diagnosing and investigating support queries from client base. - Managing a support call queue and working on the resolution of issues within their target closure times.- Working with end customers to assess their needs and working towards configuration, training, report-writing and data migration for new COINS systems.

1) Provide a comprehensive performance analysis and monitoring function to the Trust.2) Take responsibility for the production of a suite of Performance Reports.3) To provide support to operational staff within the organisation.4) To act as the main point of contact for enquiries coming into the Performance Department.5) Maintenance and use of various excel databases and spreadsheets for presenting, graphing and analysing information to determine trends and identify changes in services and to highlight potential problems. 6) Responsible for ensuring that the following procedures/reports are quality checked and produced on time and disseminated internally and externally and adhere to national guidance:- waiting times, delayed discharges, board reports and inpatient reports.7) Provide assistance to the clinical teams on the use of performance reports.8) Develop and maintain comprehensive communication links with senior managers, to ensure compliance to data collection.
