About Omolola Fashesin

I am a chartered accountant (CPA, FCCA and ACA) with extensive experience in finance, sustainability and risk management within the financial services industry. I have practical working experience in financial controls, reporting, budgeting/forecasting including monthly variance analysis reporting and analysis. I am a sustainability expert with exposure to areas such as ESG strategy formulation and implementation, climate change risk assessment, decarbonisation, ESG data management, sustainability reporting framework to mention a few. My professional experience in risk management spans developing risk appetite, identifying top and emerging risks, ICAAP, Pillar 3 reporting, RDARR, recovery planning, credit risk, risk modelling, underwriting and portfolio management.
