He began his professional journey when he took employment with the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board in 2009, and for over a decade, he collaborated with subject matter experts to design and implement learning experiences that supported the growth and development of the education sector.He took his journey to the next level in 2024 by deciding to contribute his expertise in upholding the culture of measurable performance in the workplace through collaborative initiative. He designs, plans and implements customized physical and virtual training programs, which provides valuable, yet practical insights to the workflow of employees and top management executives in achieving high performance.He designed the Blacksmiths Learning & Development Program (BLDP) in 2024, for exceptional individuals who seek to enhance leadership potentials and increase performance. His series of training programs, master classes and mentorship sessions provide the opportunity to accelerate growth, build systems and position for wealth creationHe joined forces with a multinational health management organisation as an advocate for wellness in Africa, with a focus on implementing an approach to wellness that simultaneously addresses the physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, social, environmental, occupational and financial components of health.He was the project lead on the 7 Star Teacher Accelerator Program (7STAP), created by Dr. Akin Akinpelu. He led the team that designed the 7 Star User Experience, for a short period in 2023. He was also the producer of the covenant capital Insights for Business Master Class series on radio, an initiative of the Covenant Nation in 2022.Omoniyi Goriola is on the board of LUPNI Global, a Non profit organisation which he founded in 2022, with a mandate to strengthen community ties through capacity building and community organizing.In 2020, he authored his first book: Black City Boy - Quest for Greatness.
