●   Participating in the training for the BL data collection exercise.●   Using the approved data collection tools to conduct BL at the State Level.●   Work with government teams in the Ministries, Departments & Agencies to collect policy documents, strategic plans & operational plans, survey data at State level (These will be both hard copies and/or soft copies).●   Conduct Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with relevant respondents at the State level in the assigned MDAs.●   Transcribe and submit all KIIs at State Level●   Timely data collation and reporting●   Develop and send reports of assessments to the shared drive or PAID Team.●   Participate in all invited meetings via Google meets/Zoom with the PAID Team.●   Carry out other BL Assessment tasks as assigned by the PAID MEL Technical Advisor.
