I'm Omotolani, a dynamic and results-driven project manager with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering impactful projects. I work with reputable businesses, communities, and brands to create positive change and enhance profitability. As the Chief Operating Officer at Read to Impact (Gemspread Ltd), a social enterprise dedicated to reading empowerment and support, I have successfully managed and delivered numerous high-impact projects. Leading a team of about 10, I expanded our membership from 1 to nearly 40 African countries. I have coordinated and hosted the Dream Africa Conference twice, featuring speakers from the UK, Canada, Malawi, Sierra Leone, Botswana, Nigeria, and more. In 2023, I was honoured to receive the Person of the Year award for my exceptional diligence in growth and results. In addition to my experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and am pursuing a Master's degree in Construction Engineering. I have completed the Tekedia Mini MBA program and participated in the International Model United Nations Online Conferences.
