In my most recent role of Vice President, Information Technology Project Management Office:I'm responsible for directing and mentoring global IT project management team to deliver portfolio and project management services in various countries, such as Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines and Cyprus. I am tasked with opening integrated resort in Macau and Cyprus. One of my key assignments in this role is to supervise all system aspects for opening of Studio City 2 and City of Dream Mediterranean Property. I establish ITPMO procedures, standards, and guidelines, as well as risk assessment/management. I ensure proper allocation of resources by effectively managing budget.Below listed are my key accomplishments within this role:- Automated company's operations by supervising global project portfolio.- Standardized PMO tools, templates, and methodology to provide consistent quality global delivery.- Utilized project methodology/SDLC to enable enterprise-wide software application upgrades and implementation.- Achieved business unit goals by implementing effective technology strategies.

During this time period,I developed and implemented IT CAPEX strategic plans, while outlining both short- and long-term goals/objectives. I generated quarterly reports and updated COO on progress. I administered all system aspects of Parisian and St. Regis Property opening. I established and executed ambitious information systems strategies aligned with company's goals of product innovation and revenue generation. I facilitated custom casino management system and implementation of seven property management systems instances (Opera).Highlights of my contributions include:- Met new property opening needs by reorganizing Delivery IT department.- Supervised $31M CAPEX budget for seven properties in Macau.- Facilitated and directed life-cycle implementations and technology engagements for business-to-consumer as well as back-of-house solutions.
