I have over 10 years of strategic leadership experience in adopting a systems change approach and social ecological model to dismantle structures and transform practices that enable gender-based violence to thrive, preserve gender disparities, and impair equal educational opportunities. I have a demonstrable work experience in over 50 rural communities and over 50 higher education institutions driving the co-creation of approaches to combat the proximate and remote causes of school-related gender-based violence in elementary, high schools and higher education institutions through innovative policies, research, preventative education, bystander intervention and technology adoption. I am invested in contributing to the emergence of a system where educational access is healthy, safe and equitable for women and girls.
