Having spent over a decade in the legal profession, Ompal has a client portfolio which is both diverse and all-encompassing. His prime work includes various legal services for corporate houses in India, corporate tax restructuring and advisory for the largest security and facility service companies in the world as well as mentoring and structuring for start-up ventures and corporate social responsibility funds.Ompal is a law graduate, holds a master's degree in law and a post graduate diploma in labour laws.
