I am working as the H.O.D. maintenance since September 2017 and looking after the overall maintenance of the company having 1000 KVA - H.T./L.T. Electric substation, UPS (400 KVA), Gensets- 1100 KVA, Screw Compressors with dryer unit, Electric furnace with PLC Control Panel, Pressure Die casting Machines, VFD control power presses, Overhead cranes, Air Conditioners, etc.

Looked after the overall maintenance of company having 400 KVA - H.T./L.T. Electric substation, Gensets, Screw Compressors, Air- dryer, Burners with automatic Temp. Control PLC panel, Pressure Die casting Machines, Electric furnace with PLC control panel, VFD control power press, CNC Machines, etc.

Looked after the overall Maintenance of fully conveyed Fan unit with fully Automatic PLC Controlled Electroplating Plant, 500 KVA - Indoor type H.T./L.T. supply Electric substation, Gen. Sets, Compressors, Boilers, Gas Burners with automatic Temp. Control panel, CNC Machines, PLC panels & A.C. Drives, etc.

Overall maintenance of AIU building, HT/LT supply substation, Generator set, Lifts, ACs, all electrical equipment’s, Sanitation and Civil work, all division work with regards to above with Government and other Agencies. • Liaison work with BSES Yamuna Power Ltd., Delhi Jal Board, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Land & Development Office and Electrical Inspector Office for lift license with regards to the lifts operational in AIU House. • To handle/organize the preventive measures with regards to Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems installed in AIU Building. • Responsibility for verification of Electricity and Water bills to authenticate the invoiced value. • Coordination with contracted firms/agencies against the submitted bills on monthly basis and verification of the annual contract. • Regular check and maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly of the Air-conditioners, Gen. Set, H.T. Transformer, Distribution Panels, AMF Panel, APFC Panel and Cables to minimize the breakdown.

Looked after the overall installation work of overhead H.T. Line, L.T. Line, commissioning of Transformers, Panels and Gensets.

Looked after the overall maintenance of Fan & appliances unit (Fully Automatic & Conveyed) includes 500 KVA - Indoor Electric substation, Conveyed Varnish plant, Paint & Blade Shop, Compressors, Burners with automatic Temp. Control panel, SPM… etc

Looked after the Maintenance of Textile Mill (20,000 Spindles), Electric Sub-station 1500 KVA (11KV Indoor Type), Full captive Gen. Set (125-650 KVA), work shop, Motor winding shop, Chilling plant and control panels with Electronics control of the Spinning Mill.

Looked after the maintenance of rigid PVC pipes unit, Moldings, Extrusion M/c’s, Gen. Set-125KVA.
