• Liaison work with BSES Yamuna Power Ltd., Delhi Jal Board, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Land & Development Office and Electrical Inspector Office for lift license with regards to the lifts operational in AIU House.
• To handle/organize the preventive measures with regards to Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems installed in AIU Building.
• Responsibility for verification of Electricity and Water bills to authenticate the invoiced value.
• Coordination with contracted firms/agencies against the submitted bills on monthly basis and verification of the annual contract.
• Regular check and maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly of the Air-conditioners, Gen. Set, H.T. Transformer, Distribution Panels, AMF Panel, APFC Panel and Cables to minimize the breakdown.
