RESPONSIBILITIESCQA (Customer quality audit)-  Make monthly CQA plan and provide inputs Monitoring the CQA audit with APAC service engineer and dealer to meet the expectation of customer 100% CQA done for export model Monitoring audit as per CQA (Customer quality audit) manual which consist critical (50 demerit) defect serious defect (20 demerit), medium defect (6 demerit )and light defect (3 demerit) Coordinate with engineering , supplier and assembly to resolve CQA concern and take follow up to concern person- To conduct audit as per followed by CNH in other plants (Same methodology have conducted in our audit as per CNH CQA demerit manual) Review weekly CQA meeting and provide inputs to concern department Guide CFT to resolve issues by 5W1H / 5G and for root cause find out used 4 M / Ishikwa digram , 5Why analysis ,on CQA issues Calibrate CQA scores in line with Service & Dealer audit with our service team and dealer to meet our customer expectation Make a road map to resolve the issue and define the target Facilitate inspection instrument for CQA make a budget Take approval for manpower  Set the target for Top ten issue Responsible to establish process for CQA whatever changes done by our APAC teamWCM (World class manufacturing)Define problem with 5W1H / 5G and for root cause find out used 4 M / Ishikwa digram , 5Why analysis on CQA issues Responsible for QA matrix issue closer Make improvement with Quick kaizen / Standard kaizen for CQA concern  To support root cause analysis of failed parts Participate in WCM activity and cost reduction project Basic knowledge of problem solving tool Basic knowledge of ISO
