Also I have closely working and monitoring production targets, production planning, WIP, Inventory control, Rejection control, Utilization of man and m/c, OEE, improvements of production and quality, focus on customer requirements, IATF, PPAP, APQP, 7QC TOOLS, working with CFT team, EHS and customers Audits, implemantation TPM and JH, pokayoke implemantation, assembly lines and setup change over, SAP PP module, manpower deployment as per monthly requirement, improvements on line, working on monthly budgets. Hand experience on CNC turning machines programming and operating, machines experience on FANUC and MAZAK.          I am a good team leader currently number of reporting - 4 supervisor and 2 GET and 4 data entry operators and 240 line operators.
