• Co-ordinate with the TSP vendor and team regarding All Project Work.• Responsible for OFC Network planning including routes survey, for the enhanced coverage of network, with quality thus leading to customer delight.• Sufficient Knowledge ducting, manhole installation, DIT, blowing, splicing, Terminations & link testing by ODTR & LSPM. • Preparation of Report, ABD’s for the routes all measurements sheet of the complete OFC route.• Periodic update of ABD & KMZ on GIS tool to ensuring correctness. • Liaison with Customer and ROW Person for proactive issue resolution and timely permissions.• Making Network diagrams & Layout diagrams for new coming sites for Fiber connectivity (PowerPoint)• Maintaining all the MIS Reports required for updating daily progress Report.• Join the Training at Regular interval to improve the Knowledge.

 Do the work of HDD with best quality. Drawing As-Built & Graph with Best Quality. Preparation of As-Builds Drawings. Site survey & route survey for new fiber planning. Route Design – Laying, Hand Holes/ Man Holes, OFC Blowing, Splicing & Termination. Acceptance testing and Quality audit of Fiber. DIT test and Chamber Visibility with good quality. Splicing and Testing By LSPM and OTDR.OFC  Site Surveys for new installation for customer connectivity through of fiber. Implemantation, O&M of Fiber
