• Regular monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of electrical equipment such as HT motors(2700KW,1500KW,3000KW) Transformers(25MVA),Switchgear(Circuit breakers,relays), and instrumentation devices(ZSS,Belt sway,Pull cord,level sensor,techometer,weigh feeder).• Troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues that may arise during the shift, promptly addressing them to minimize production disruptions.• Calibration and testing of instrumentation devices like sensors, transmitters to maintain accuracy and reliability in process control.• Maintaining records of maintenance activities in Ramco ERP, equipment performance, and incidents for reference and analysis purposes..

1.In induction program got knowledge about the cement manufacturing process.2. Overview of different sections of plant from crusher to packing plant and learned about the Mechanical equipments used , Process involved , Electrical sub –stations & control and the Safety measures to be followed in .3. Functional training which covered working of different equipments used in 132kv switchyard & Electrical sub-station and the Safety measures to be followed in that particular area .4. Received cross functional training in various departments such as Mechanical, Safety, Process departments and learned about the role of these departments . 5.In unit-2 shutdown was a part of different activities like ESP maintenance, trials of newly installed motor ,transformer maintenance.6 . Prepare shift related reports during shift operation problem faced &attended, report to concern section in-charge . 7.Get brief knowledge about single line diagram of unit-1.
