Excellent knowledge on Alignment of Rotating Equipments.Preparation of protocols for each & every activity.Preparation of detail construction schedule.Preparation of monthly plan for site and client.Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and reference for future outages.Prepare job planning documents that define in the scope of outage to be performed through engineering instructions billing breakup drawings and process instructions. Well ability to finish and succeed my target within a stipulated period of time by planning.To control the man hours and co-ordination with commercial department to estimate the man hours.Checking of availability of drawings/documents /data to ensure that work can proceed without interruption.Evaluate technical skills of workmen’s, identify training needs and implement on the job training. Maintaining relationship with customer / client / supplier for smooth execution of the erection activities. Good knowledge on rigging methods.
