Manage Lycored global SC Group which includes Planning, Logistics, Warehousing and local SC leaders, total 13 employees including 3 employees in the USA and Europe.Reporting to the global SVP Operations and part of the OPS global management team and the company extended management group.• Planning - responsibility for global planning activities of RM’s procurement, Inventory levels, production and deliveries supply.• Inventory management – responsible for global inventory by planning, managing and monitoring the global stock levels based on organized methodology and according to the company targets. • Work plan and budget management – Build annual work plans for RM’s procurement, Inventory levels, global production and WW logistic as well as quarterly and monthly rolling operation plans.• Logistic management – Close tracking and follow up on actual logistic vs. plan, service providers management including negotiations and periodic agreements with external 3PL, local and global freight forwarders and other service providers.• Subcontractors management – Manage the on going relationship with WW sub contractors including forecasting, campaigns mng, accounting.• Deliveries - Track and monitor deliveries to end-customers to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.• S&OP management – Lead the sales and Operation process, analyze and prepare monthly and quarterly KPI’s reports to support the business needs.• Leading the development of new processes and reports to ensure operational efficiency the accuracy of critical information and improve the reporting cycle.• KPI’s management - Define, build, track and measure different indicators, defining actionable decision insights based on KPI’s result.• Work closely with the company management and all company departments - Sales, Production, Quality, Finance, Marketing, R&D, and Business development on new and on-going initiatives and processes.• Experience working with professionals from different cultures
