I serve as the principal authority and subject matter expert on policy development and implementation of federal environmental compliance frameworks for all of HUD's Community Planning and Development (CPD) funding programs. My role involves:Policy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of environmental compliance frameworks for new an existing HUD and congressional directed funding programs.Clearance: Review and concur on internal and public-facing program memos, notices and other clearance documents to ensure compliance with HUD's environmental review framework.Guidance: Develop program-specific guidance, controls and procedures ensuring compliance with HUD's environmental review standards.Training: Provide environmental training and briefings to HUD leadership, Congress and other internal/external stakeholders.National Environmental Work Plan: Provide key data and insights in identifying annual environmental regulatory and policy priorities, hot issues, training and hiring needs for HUD and its partners.

Founding member of a dynamic working group for an annual U.N. international forum to establish blockchain assurance standards and best practices, while promoting dialogue on digital governance and enhancing trust in blockchain technology for public sector applications.

Lead a working group with public and private stakeholders on developing a housing supplement to the Blockchain Maturity Model (BMM) that will be used to assess and improve the quality of proposed blockchain solutions.
