Managing Autodesk Construction Cloud's Web Platform group (TLV & SF), developing web tools, libraries and a design system. Our tools are used by more than 100 developers across the organization and spread throughout the globe.

Managing the Next Gen Field web product in BIM360 and the ongoing effort of keeping a consistent UI across the BIM360 platform. A big part of this effort includes the shared React components initiative to be used across all of BIM360 frontend teams.I make sure we keep up to date with latest technologies, always upgrading to the latest Node/npm/Webpack/React/etc versions, while always testing out new ways to improve productivity of my team. By doing that we also improve productivity of developers in other teams as well, as we always communicate our efforts and conclusions with other colleagues in the BIM360 family. Managing a BIM360 product, especially my own with the shared components library, also means to be communicating very well with many stakeholders regarding every feature, bug, or any other matter, no matter how small, since it might impact all other teams in the organization and must be regarded with the utmost care.

Starting as a Frontend engineer (AngularJS) working on a marketplace for 3D printed digital assets. About a year into the marketplace project, I shifted to working on a 3D designing platform using ES6, React, Redux, and with Webpack as a bundler. I acquired vast knowledge and experience with those tools and after about 6 months my division merged into BIM360.In BIM360 we used all the cutting edge technologies - React, Redux, Webpack and always keeping to the latest versions and looking for improvements. My team played a key role in a big frontend ecosystem of BIM360 teams around the globe, where we needed to display the same visual front using a library of shared React components we created and maintained in addition to our day-to-day product development.

Managing 4-5 developers, I am in charge of developing the versions starting from estimating the development content for various modules, to hands-on developing and all the way to production deployment.Supporting my developers with code design & code reviews, and ensuring a smooth version release.Being a Team Leader in a company this size also means you're a continuous point of contact for all relevant factors of product development, namely Business Analysts designing the product, QA personnel, many other developers, Project Manager & Platform Director, and you're expected to be very knowledgeable.I decided after a short while I preferred to focus on hands-on development and went on to work for Autodesk.

In a very content-heavy and short-deadline project assigned only to me and another developer, this position focused mainly on rewriting our Front End (and some of the Back End) from scratch using AngularJS/WebAPI technologies. Specifically, I acquired wide and extensive knowledge of the Angular framework and fell in love with it, digging deep and looking at all the features this beauty had to offer. I worked mainly on the Front End infrastructure to allow future developers to join the effort later on, but also had numerous key modules developed as well.I was subsequently promoted to Team Leader following the release of this project.

Full Stack developer. Acquiring knowledge on various technologies such as C#/.NET, working on an ASP.NET MVC architecture with an SQL database, and coding Javascript/JQuery when working on the Front End. Chosen repeatedly to bootstrap newly created teams, I was constantly developing new content and designing new modules.Due to being incredibly sensitive, the modules which I was solely developing and in charge of had me sent to the client's US headquarters for closer work relations to ensure no mistakes were made when releasing to staging & production environments.

Student position while completing my degree at TAU, I was doing manual QA which included creating test cases, verifying product releases, and later on coding some automated tests to highly increase efficiency in testing.
