Working in the corporate world with demanding bosses, unexpected deadlines, and 12-hour days, I felt a constant friction with my surroundings. I simply wasn't willing to get sucked into a system that was destroying its people. I work at The Energy Project because I can play an important part in providing businesses with a model that allows them to grow, innovate, and prosper without forcing employees to sacrifice their lives.Today I work with organizations of all sizes and from all sectors with the sole purpose of addressing challenges that are forcing their employees to underperform. In any business, if people can’t bring their best, it hurts the bottom line. Instead of focusing on building the competencies and skills required for the job, I help companies find solutions that allow already skilled and competent individuals to focus on taking care of themselves so they can consistently bring their best to their work.
