Over the years, we underwent three significant pivots, evolving our team and refining our vision and concepts.Personally, I have grown both as a professional and as an individual, while maintaining the drive to innovate the sports industry.It was in February 2024 that transformative progress truly began. This past year has been a turning point for us, marked by groundbreaking advancements in strategy, technology, product development, and expanding client base.As the CEO of SOTA, I lead a deep-tech startup transforming sports analytics and marketing through AI. We empower coaches, marketers, and executives with reliable and innovative data tools.Key Achievements: - Spearheaded the development of a proprietary smart camera system and advanced deep learning models, setting new standards for accuracy and efficiency in sports analytics.- Secured funding from investors, enabling the successful development and pilot testing of our solutions with NCAA programs, as well as multiple clubs and leagues in Central Asia.- Guided the team in delivering an end-to-end platform that provides data-driven products tailored to the needs of diverse stakeholders.Responsibilities: - Oversee strategic planning, fundraising, and product development to drive innovation in sports technology.- Lead a multidisciplinary team of AI, hardware, platform, and BI engineers in creating cutting-edge solutions.- Cultivate partnerships with sports organizations and stakeholders to ensure product offerings align with real-world needs.- Champion SOTA's mission to democratize comprehensive data solutions for female, youth, and developing leagues, clubs, and teams, empowering them to enhance performance and attract new sponsors.
