Closely monitor drilling progress, develop an independent OMV view of status & outlook, and undertake proactive risk management to identify adverse events before they occur. Constantly drive operators to meet or exceed the Budget targets by challenging them to improve performance and mitigate risks. Maintain a schedule of non-operated well activities for the region. Establish and reporting estimates for Drilling & Well budgets, progress and forecast. Identify Lessons Learned in projects as well as well delivery improvement options.
