I teach Human-Centered Design methodologies using Liberating structure methods and Agile methods.I took part in different projects such as training Chief Design Officers for the UAE government with ATÖLYE and IDEO and long-term corporate transformation projects with Turkey’s top pharmaceutical, banks, and telecommunication companies.

I had the chance to taught the Complex Problem-Solving course in LITE Masters Program with my colleague from ATÖLYE. In the Complex Problem Solving course, students learn the historical development of design and the fundamentals of design-oriented thinking and learn the basic concepts and steps that makeup design thinking. They learn the steps of design thinking by means of applications and become available to apply them in their own projects/ideas. They assess the probable success of a project concerning design thinking by taking into account the physical, logical, and emotional dimensions of design and work in contexts involving multiple academic disciplines, develop an open attitude toward different perspectives, and use differences to produce strong solutions. They synthesize unusual ideas and thoughts for the purpose of producing new solutions and discovering new ways concerning the future.
