Member of the proposal team that won a multi-year programme to support independent media in Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia. Responsible for the selection and due diligence of local consultants and mentors; facilitating and leading mentorship sessions with media grantees to build their capacities in fundraising, audience research and workflow management; drafting media landscape analyses and monitoring and evaluation of the project grantees.Acted as the focal point for the audience research focusing on media consumption, trust towards news and perception of good journalism in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia. Selected and conducted due diligence of third-party data collection partners, contributed to the design of research instruments (surveys and focus group guides), and coordinated research inputs for the following data analysis.

Led the landscape analysis, due diligence and selection of partners for the project’s research in a conflict-affected region in Ukraine. Designed qualitative and quantitative research instruments. Drafted qualitative insights report and contributed to hands-on workshops to inform stabilisation efforts in the region supported by the FCDO and wider international development community.

Project Coordinator in a flagship EU communications project to increase awareness of the EU activities in Ukraine. As key contact point of the contract holder in Ukraine, I was responsible for drafting progress reports, liaison with the EU representatives in Kyiv and consortium management to ensure smooth implementation.Managed a Cybersecurity Strategic Communications project that provided bespoke capacity building to the Government of Ukraine and delivered a cybersecurity public awareness campaign. Responsible for a full campaign cycle: from drafting tender documents, to selection and communication with local sub-contractors, to implementation and evaluation of the campaign results.

Coordinated three media research projects to identify and analyze needs of the media newsrooms, ramifications of COVID-19 on the media skills gaps and financial sustainability, and gaps in the donor media assistance programmes in the Eastern Partnership countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.I was responsible for day-to-day project delivery, communication with partners and subject matter experts, report writing, facilitating focus groups among media outlets and media development NGOs and advocacy of project results at thematic events.

I have provided contextual, partnership and competition mapping and analysis to Chemonics UK Division focusing on the UK development activity in Ukraine and wider Eastern Europe.Arranged meetings and facilitated discussions with local and international partners for Chemonics UKD in the upcoming bids funded by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and DFID.Contributed to technical discussions and bid writing for project opportunities across a broad range of themes including good governance, media development and strategic communications.

As Project Coordinator, I supported business development in Eastern Europe from one legacy project to a diverse portfolio covering Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus and the Baltic States with a focus on the UK international development funding agencies.Coordinated projects valued up to 1,200,000 USD for a number of international development agencies, including the U.S. Department of State, UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, American Councils and International Organisation for Migration.
