 Defines, coordinates, and directs the strategy, processes, and projects between Group Supply Chain and Anadolu EFES international Markets (MDD) to develop, coordinate, execute and ensure the related processes to support growth.  Coordinates, consults, and ensures compliance of processes between Group functions, MDD and sourcing counties for planning, procurement, brewing, bottling, warehouse management, transportation, route-to-market, sales & demand planning, and customer service of all Anadolu EFES international markets  Coordination and facilitation of cross functional Supply Chain activities in 70+ countries in 5 continents with 6 operation countries and 3 toll filling operation for Anadolu EFES International Markets (Market Development Directorate) Coordinates the process, projects, and supply chain related issues of MDD though Group Supply Chain Functions and Sourcing countries. Coordinate and support SC related issues of NPD process for MDD Coordinate and facilitate customer service management issues related with supply chain between group functions, sourcing countries and MDD. Establish, coordinate, support and ensures compliance of holistic planning processes (S&OP, demand, and supply planning) for Anadolu EFES International Markets (MDD) Evaluate and coordinate new process improvements and implementation of new systems, platforms and tools for digitalization, demand planning, network optimization, portfolio optimization etc. Support and ensure to evaluating opportunities in network optimization processes of Anadolu EFES International Markets (MDD)  Coordinate, consult and facilitate project management process for international markets.
