He graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Palacký University in Olomouc and completed his postgraduate studies in the joint international MAE-MBA program of the University of Economics in Prague and Jean Moulin University in Lyon, France. He has lectured at the Faculty of Arts at Palacký University in Olomouc and at St. Cyril and Methodius University in Trnava, Slovakia. He has been involved in organizing leisure activities for children and youth and managed a state co-funded contributory organization. From 2012 to 2022, he served as the Deputy Chief School Inspector of the Czech Republic. In December 2022, he was appointed by the government of the Czech Republic as State Secretary in the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.He also has extensive experience managing large national and systemic projects with budgets in the hundreds of millions. Additionally, he has experience providing expert services within various ministries and public institutions, and he has extensive experience in international cooperation and public diplomacy.He is fluent in French and English and he has a passive knowledge of Latin, Italian, Polish, and Russian. He has been awarded the Medal of Merit for Security from the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, the Medal of the National Commission for Education of the Republic of Poland, and the highest ministerial distinction of Ukraine in the field of education and science.Continuously, he studies stoic philosophy, which he loves and tries to follow in his life. He is dedicated to personal and personality development, having completed coach-specific training at Czech Technical University in Prague, and is engaged in physical education activities as a certified strength training instructor specializing in weightlifting and a certified self-defense instructor. He likes holistic approaches and tries to apply them in all his activities. He is married and has two sons.
