I am a Co-founder of the studio and serve as the Executive Producer, responsible for leading the development team and production while ensuring the delivery of the best experience to our customers.My journey into the world of virtual reality began when I attended PAX in Boston and tried it for the first time. I was immediately awestruck. With the help of some of my former colleagues, we put together a demo for a scary VR shooter. Securing an investor allowed us to dive headfirst into the world of virtual reality, leading to the birth of Divr Labs.Here are some of my notable achievements:- I successfully published the first Czech VR game, "Blue Effect," in 2016.- Within just 9 months of dedicated full-time work, my team and I launched the largest VR free-roam experience in Europe, known as "Golem VR."- In a mere 3 months, I managed to transform a warehouse into a fully-equipped virtual reality facility.- We served over 60,000 customers and maintained an average rating of 4.6/5 within one year.- Within 6 months, my team unveiled our second thrilling experience, "Arachnoid VR."- In just 12 months, my team completed our third experience, "Meet the Dinosaurs."- Within the same timeframe, we also introduced two additional experiences, "The Lost Lab" and "Last Stand."- I successfully built a 300 sq. m. free-roam VR venue in Stockholm and replicated this achievement in London within 3 months.- We were nominated as a finalist of international VR Awards in 2019, 2021, and 2022.About Divr Labs:We design virtual worlds where people move freely in a dedicated arena, resulting in unique adventures - nothing like you can experience at home.

I provided consulting services for e-commerce projects, offering expertise in areas such as business strategy, UX/UI design, and SEO.

We initiated the mobile gaming studio as an internal startup within Bistro Agency, driven by our desire to harness our creative capabilities. While we faced some initial challenges and learned valuable lessons along the way, we eventually released the puzzle-platformer game, "Mimpi," along with several other titles. The sequel, "Mimpi Dreams," achieved global success. However, the mobile premium game market struggled due to the dominance of the free-to-play model, and regrettably, we couldn't sustain ourselves despite our efforts to create an F2P game for a well-known publisher, Chillingo.Here are some of my notable achievements during this venture:- I secured a prominent placement for "Mimpi Dreams" on the main page of Apple's App Store.- I successfully negotiated a publishing agreement with Chillingo for a new mobile game.About Silicon Jelly (now Dreadlocks Mobile):Silicon Jelly, formerly known as Dreadlocks Mobile, was an independent gaming studio based in Prague. Our mission was to craft mobile games that tapped into your inner child, ignited your adventurous spirit, and kindled your competitive drive. Our debut game, "Mimpi," garnered significant success, receiving a wave of positive reviews and paving the way for the sequel, "Mimpi Dreams."

Mall Group, formerly known as E-commerce Holding, was a project initiated by one of my investors who sought my assistance in its establishment. My team and I played a pivotal role in helping E-commerce Holding transform into a reputable company for investors and new members. Following the successful implementation of an ERP system, I redirected my focus towards the gaming studio exclusively.Here are some of my notable achievements during this period:- I successfully implemented the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics Navision for the backend, complemented by a custom frontend for the online store, 4home.cz.- I oversaw the implementation of custom frontend and backend systems for the online stores within the holding.- I spearheaded the implementation of the ERP system SAP for the online FMCG store, Kolonial.cz.In this role, my responsibilities included:- Recruiting and leading both internal and external teams of developers.- Defining strategies and architectural frameworks.- Managing IT and BI projects.About Mall Group:We are the leading e-commerce group with the most valuable portfolio on the CEE market.

I founded the agency when I was studying at university. The original name was Evalor and with a couple of freelancers we were trying to maximise the value of internet marketing for small companies. At the end of my journey at Bistro we worked for well-known clients such as Nestlé, Vodafone, Axa, Krušovice, L’Oréal, and Ferrero.My achievements:- I built a profitable digital creative agency.- I made a partnership with McCann Prague to outsource their digital campaigns.- I found two great partners who continued leading the agency.- I sold my share to the media agency Adexpres and started making video games.About Bistro Agency:Here at Bistro we believe in the power of ideas.
