Around the year 2021, right after a burnout caused by too many long running, complex and parallel projects, I dived into the world that always intrigued me: “how the hell we as humans work? what makes us tick?”. Through courses in Psychology and Neuroscience I’ve got to the Blue Core Coaching program in IBM, from student to supervisor and lately in NeuroLeadership courses I’ve found a true passion for guiding people on the journey to unlock their hidden potential, growth and wholehearted approach to living.In short, I love coaching for the impact it has on our lives and I am often amazed by what we can accomplish together.

Working closely with and leading teams of software and quality assurance engineers as we deliver projects for our customers. Coaching, mentoring and managing people in my teams, working with other Tech Leads and Tech Directors as we continue to improve processes and our work. As part of the assignment, I am also providing my Coaching services as an Internal Coach to 8 clients, helping them on their path of their transformation.

Helping organisations to realise the potential in IBM Business Automation solutions through real hands-on while working on various Proofs of Experience. We co-create together with customers and our business partners to enable both selection of the right technology and knowledge transfer and also, feedback right to our development and roadmaps. In particular, bellow are some of the areas I help with and lead in:- Process Mining to provide a visibility and operational excellency- Digital Workers enabling knowledge workers to do the work they need to- Workflow and Case Management to automate and manage both strict and add-hoc processes- Decision Management to organise and manage important agendas like risk management- Master Data Management combined with Workflow to manage the data and access to them.- Containerisation, modernisation of applications, primarilly with kubernetes/OpenShift in mindI am really privileged to work with those beautiful organisations and customers on changing how the sales process looks like through really experiencing the Tech before opting to use it. Its also wonderful how co-creation helps the business and technology people alike to learn what are the possibilities and if the technology is a good match.

Working as a Technical Sales Software Architect with the focus on helping our clients to achieve their goals through enterprise grade software. In my role the main focus is given to the technical sales and architecture of the IBM Software stack, with the OpenShift Container Platform at the center of that all. We do further focus on data fabric, automation, integration, DevSecOps, observability, regulated workloads and more. In IBM I am fortunate enough to have many learning opportunities and I have couple of mentors helping me to grow.

Smaller highly professional team working on internal development as well as quite big projects with other Business Partners. The following are some of the highlights from my time in the company:- Gained the privilege to call my co-workers my friends.- Performed Analysis and Design of solutions for large customers.- Communicated with Business Partners mainly in Middle East, but also Europe. - Led the development of our team and of external consultants on several projects - Learned to do time estimations in a better way, although it is hard skill to master - Learned a lot about machine learning, mainly Face Recognition- Prepared and presented demonstrations to various stakeholders on conferences, including WINS (World Institute for Nuclear Security) conference in Wien.

Working on opportunities from Central and Eastern Europe as Technical Pre-sale person focusing on Case Management, Enterprise Content Management and Digitalisation. The following are some of the highlights from my time in the company:- Gained support and recognition from World-Wide (WW) people, including WW Pre-Sales Manager, WW Sales Leader and WW Pre-Sales Leaders in IBM Analytics.- Supported customers from Central and Eastern Europe both remotely and on-site. - Supported and educated Business Partners and other Pre-Sales from IBM. - Completed the IBM Global Sales School and won the team challenge.- Presented to stakeholders, including C-Level ones, technical demonstrations and proofs of concept and technology.- Acted as a mentor for digitalisation in IBM BlackBelt training for Pre-sales.

As the first I was working as an internship student. After 3 months I have started to work as an trainee student on the position of IBM Technical PreSale.I've been working with following technologies from both sides, analytical and technical:- IBM FileNet (ECM system)- IBM Advanced Case Management- IBM Datacap Taskmaster Capture (Digitalization)Demonstrations of the technology to customers and business partners, Proof of Concepts, Proof of Technologies, Development, Requests for Information and Proposals, all of that was a day to day business on the position. As a junior I was working under regular senior presale employees and helping them cover the technology questions and demonstrations into a deeper detail. The job included a lot of self-learning and need for a very fast understanding of the technology and tasks needed to be done.
