The leader of a foreign customer-oriented department with 27 engineers. I am responsible for engaging (building up a relationship) with customers and growing of the department. My responsibilities are: dealing with entry orders, project management,  the financial and human resources in the department, yearly planning and the visions of the department, complying with the plans and monthly reporting to CEO.

Project Manager of new projects and transfers of assembly lines from German to Czech factories in automotive industry (plastic molding with metal parts).Responsibilities:• Making budget calculation and time schedule setting, project team building and managing. • Communication with customers and suppliers.• Daily cooperation/communication with Germany headquarters.• Weekly reporting about technical and economical milestones to executive management. • Verification and control of molding parts and production.• Validation of project PPAP, Run@Rate, Measuring report. Basic knowledge of SAP.• Handover projects from prototype phase to serial production.

Project Manager of realising small power plant 150kW type ORC and Wood gas power plant.Responsibilities:• Making offers, budget calculation and time schedule setting, project team building and managing. • Works planning and project team observing. • Bussines negotiations with customers, tender management with suppliers.• Comunication in english with suplaier of ORC and wood gas power plant.

Project Manager of realising various contracts, project for key and other customers (EZS, EPS, CCTV, MaR and industrial automation).Responsibilities:• Making offers, budget calculation and time schedule setting, project team building and managing. • Works planning and project team observing. • Bussines negotiations with customers, tender management with suppliers.• Keeping and developing good bussines relationships with customers .• Ability of managing 4 and more parallel project.

• Designing electro-documentation of the housing and office buildings (all levels of the project documentation)• Customer and projectant negotiating. • Active participation in project control and coordination, project documentation handover to other projectants, responsibilities for quality and keeping terms.
