I'm a Senior Research Consultant in the Irish office of Odgers Berndtson, specialising in sourcing and placing c-suite and senior leadership roles across Ireland, primarily in the Energy, Manufacturing and Industrial sectors with a focus on sustainability. I began my career in executive search in South Africa with Odgers, Ray and Berndtson in 2006 where I supported a range of c-suite placements across Financial Services, Retail and Mining. In 2009 I joined my Almer Mater, The University of Cape Town, in a Prospect Research role which evolved into managing the prospect research team. Our focus was on delivering information services to the University leadership with the view to supporting the university’s fundraising and alumni relations efforts. After eight wonderful years at UCT, I found my way back to executive search with Jack Hammer. I moved to Ireland in 2019 where I count myself fortunate to have joined the vastly talented and networked team at Odgers Berndtson Ireland.
