Directly reporting to the Head of Group Retail Sales & Operations, the Group Standardization Senior Expert is responsible for the creation and implementation of the standard operating processes across MOL Group countries. Develop and implement a control system to ensure compliance with standards, designing & approving comprehensive standard operations processes, for our Fresh Corner concept and for the documentation of these. Ensuring the prompt information flow & best practice sharing in between the local standardization units, Group offer management, marketing, network development on standardization matters, to provide best availability of our products to our customers. Single point of contact in standardization matters, personally responsible for the adherence of the standards, for the alignment with the training materials and for the executions, according to the standards.

Responsible for operations and brand growth within Prague area. Full P&L responsibility, planning and execution, people development, implementation of new systems and store openings.. Crossfunctional communication within Czech market - HR, Marketing, Maintenance, Supply, Real estate.Implementing systems with influence on cash flow, stock, operations and internal precesses.

Full responsibility for operations and financials in Kaufland unit, including targets and goals.Ensure safe and motivating working environment in which people are stimulated to grow their capabilities.Securing all hygienic standards according to Czech law, HCCAP standards.Represent Kaufland image and work ethics.Monitoring competing businesses.Deal with concessionary businessesTeam of 120 people

Full responsibility for operations and financials of KFC region, including attainment of AOP targets and goals enumerated according to the Five Operating Principles, via successful management actions in accordance with Core Values. Ultimate responsibility for planning and attainment of AOP and related targets in region through primary use of DOS tools, including monthly business reviews, cascading goals, and monthly forecasts. PaL responsibility for each restaurant and whole area.Special responsibility for development of strong and stable management team in region and the Czech Republic through continuous coaching..Lead regional planning and attainment of AOP plan and PaL.Responsible for conducting one OFR or CER in each restaurant per month.
