Started in the IT field but in the end I took a part in recruiting in mostly fields of: IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing and Supply Chain Management.-> Conducting market research to identify potential candidates for positions.-> Utilizing various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking to attract potential candidates.-> Performing initial screenings to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.-> Coordinating interviews.-> Preparing weekly reports on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.

-> Handling customer inquiries and resolve any issues with positive attitude.-> Preparing a variety of beverages according to Starbucks’ standards and ensuring the quality and consistency of every beverage.-> Collaborating with crew members to ensure smooth shift operations.-> Assisting with inventory management, including stocking supplies and managing product freshness (following FIFO).-> Mentoring new team members and supporting their understanding of daily tasks.
