I was then tasked to work for more line of businesses such as : Credit Card Services where it enhanced my knowledge about billing, credit card statuses, credit lines and payments.; Inbound Collections where we handle customers that are passed due on their credit cards where it enhanced my knowledge about bankruptcy, cease and desist, and collection laws such as Miranda rights.; Live Chat Representative where it enhanced my chat support skills and emailing skills.Flex Trainer where I was assigned to onboard new hires for the same retail account and it really helped me gain a lot of skills such as Training skills, MS Office skills i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc., Online Training Platform Utilization skills, and Google Apps Utilization Skills i.e. Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Google Forms, Google Sites, etc.I joined another company as I love to acquire new skills and new environment and I was assigned to a lead generation campaign as a sales development representative for six months where it enhanced my Lead Generation skills, and Cold Calling Skills and in just a very short period of time I was recognized as the top call center associate in the company and top 4 among all the associates all over the world.Currently I own and managed a new company which has 10 employees working for one campaign and so far the team has been doing good and were able to hit the required targets from the client and it enhanced my Managing Skills, and Leadership Skills.
