Oversee procurement activities for the Traveling Wave Tube Rework (TWTR) Procurement program across all functional groups, including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Program Management. Ensure cost and schedule for on-time delivery to meet product mission, contractual obligations, and customer expectations.
