Main responsibilities: Provision of technical support for offshore platforms (Sakhalin-2) structural steel and piping fabrication Activities:• Review and analysis of Client requests for offshore fabrication projects;• Selection of fabrication subcontractor with technical conclusion formalization. Participation in contract agreement drawing-up;• Fabrication projects management (structural and piping). Control work execution, deadline and budget;• Technical support of fabrication: check of drawings and material specifications, compilation of requests for additional materials, identification of non-compliances and submission of TQ’s for change of project documentation to Client;• Check of weld joints NDE, DE tests performed by laboratories, random visual inspection;• Control over fabrication subcontractor’s compliance with Clients standards and technical specifications;• As-Built Documentation verification;• Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) development;• Inspections, support documentation maintenance, development of improvement measures and identification of proper corrective and preventive actions;• Development and qualification of welding and inspection specifications, SMAW, GTAW, FCAW welding procedures per design Codes and Standards (NAWC, AWS, ASME, API);• Management of offshore welders qualification and prolongation process in accordance with NAWC, ASME, AWS requirements. Maintenance of welders qualification certificates and register;• Liaison with supervisory authorities, third party inspectorate and Client for QC issues;• Fabrication works scope close-out.

Main responsibilities: Technical supervision on Gazprom facilities:• Main gas pipeline Sakhalin-Khabarovsk-Vladivostok, Readiness for Startup-1: Onshore pipeline, underwater sections;• Main gas pipeline Jubga-Lazarevskoye-Sochi: offshore pipeline (Pipe Laying Barge C-Master (Iran) and Bigfoot-1 (Romania), offshore line, ERD wells for gas lines.Activities:• Construction Supervision Regulations development and approval;• Construction QC team (9 inspectors) management;• Verification of installation companies readiness for execution of works and issue of conclusion;• Welding technologies and NDT Certification, including welders authorization tests;• Subcontractors materials, goods and equipment incoming quality inspections control, random redundant checks;• Monitoring of construction plans execution, compliance of scopes, terms and quality of constructions (civil, earthworks, welding, insulation and laying) with design, cost estimates, drawings, regulations;• As-Built Documentation preparation management;• Phase-wise acceptance of works, concealed works;• Check of weld joints NDE tests performed by laboratories, random visual inspection and UT tests;• Monitoring of contractors and subcontractors compliance with ISO 9001:2000 by;• Changes to Design review and approval;• Participation in Commissioning and Working Commissions operations.

Main responsibilities: Capital repairs of corroded sections of main gas pipeline Petrovsk-Novopskov (270 km) using fiberglass couplings, diagnostics.Activities:• Preparation of contracts, cost estimates with subsequent approval by the Company;• Development of Statement of Works for capital repair of gas pipelines;• Field works planning and management;• Subcontractors supervision;• Commissioning of repaired facilities with submission of technical report;• Development of Diagnostics Programs for road and railway crossings and block valve stations as per regulations and standards.

Main responsibilities: Industrial Safety Review of facilities:• SMNG Oil Company: Oil Line Okha-Komsomolsk-on-Amur;• RussNeft: Variegan, Mokhtikovskoye, Tagri Fields.Activities:• Development of Expert review programs for technical devices used in hazardous production facilities, integrated diagnostics of oil lines, NDT process cards;• Planning and carrying out of Industrial Safety Expert reviews for oil tanks, pressure vessels, boilers, in-field oil pipelines, integrated diagnostics of oil pipeline Okha- Komsomolsk-on-Amur;• Preparation of industrial safety expert conclusions and their approval by local RTN department.

Main responsibilities: Industrial Safety Expert reviews, diagnostics of facilities owned by SevMash, ArkhOblGas, Arkhangelsk Paper Mill, RosneftActivities:• Development of expert review programs for equipment used on hazardous production facilities;• Industrial safety expert reviews of tanks, pressure vessels, boilers and process piping;• Draft conclusions of industrial safety expert reviews. Worked as specialist in diagnostics and certification, visual inspections and measurements control.

Main responsibilities:• Fractographic studies, elements and phase composition diagnostics of materials and alloys using raster miсroscopes and X-ray microanalyser MBS-70, SX-50, Tracor CAMECA;• Diagnostics of stressed state in parts and structures (vessels, dust traps), residual stress on shafts and spindles using HV X-ray Rigaku PSF-2M unit;• Metallographic and quantity analysis of micro-& macro structure of steels.
