Oversee a $500 million dollar portfolio for the Service Delivery area within Group Technology (GT). •Prepare, monitor, and account for the Private Bank operating budget of $95 Million. •Monitor and analyze the Private Bank portfolio of loans and deposits $7 Billion and $3 Billion respectively.•Assist in the development and implementation of the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) model increasing revenue by $4 Million.•Provide cost benefit analysis and recommendations on office closing.•Perform ad hoc analysis to determine origination and service cost and the impact of sure cost on loan and deposit profitability.
