Regularly updated a Pipeline and Forecast of opportunities in CRM in conjunction with Headset Business Manager. Administered the documents and information that is kept on the company intranet.

Dealt with provisioning of mobile and data connections. From the initial call or email to completion. Created the contract using inhouse system (sdrive), providing handsets and simcards if necessary. Connected the numbers on billing system, if there was used VSS the Vodafone network or ABS the O2 system to correct any mistakes. Dealt with fixed lines orders, prepared the paperwork and then placed the orders on BT Openreach system WLR3. Provisioned ADSL orders once fixed line installed were completed. Ordered Routers if necessary. Performed line moves, care level changes, ISDN30 and ISDN2 installs. Provisoned SIP and NGN orders.
