With more than 16 years of leadership in multi-family property management, HOA management and consulting, lease up/reno/rehab, student housing, LIHTC, senior housing, single family residential, commercial property management and project management, I have demonstrated a proven history of successful leadership within multiple high-volume, fast-paced, multi-million dollar portfolio's, managing property, asset and portfolio's on average of 3500 units and 1.7 million commercial square feet, while still adhering to ever-increasing standards, strict demands on KPI performance, accuracy and accountability. I have routinely achieved success in turning under performing assets into highly successful operations through my extensive knowledge of operations, fiscal understanding, employee training and my determination to only provide the best possible service experience to my clients. I am always eager to tackle any challenge or obstacle, and am quite adept at achieving results and exceeding expectations. My background in education and experience within financially driven companies specializing in real estate investment and property management, make me uniquely qualified to help lead any organization to improve their current assets and continue to grow their portfolio.Outside of the office I enjoy tending to my aquarium, working on DIY projects and relaxing and spending time with my family. Originally from New York, I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Joseph’s University with majors in education, business administration and marketing. Relocating over a decade ago, I am proud to call North Carolina home. I take great care and pride in all that I do and believe that a leader must lead by example, treat everything with a sense of urgency and never ask anyone to do something that you yourself would not do.
