I lead corporate internal communications initiatives worldwide, aiming to strengthen employee engagement and alignment with the agency's overarching purpose of leveraging communications to inspire positive action in the world.Prior to my tenure at WE Communications, I served as a Senior Communications Lead at Microsoft, where I played a pivotal role in establishing a robust communication infrastructure and developing compelling content for diverse audiences, including employees, partners, and customers. During my time at Microsoft, I navigated through unprecedented challenges such as the global pandemic, workforce transformations, and the urgent call for racial justice, utilizing communication strategies to address these critical issues within the IoT & Mixed Reality Sales and Apps, Infra & IoT organizations.With a notable background at Starbucks spanning eight years, I held key leadership positions in HR Communications and Social Impact & Public Policy program management. In these roles, I spearheaded various initiatives and programs that impacted a significant number of employees both in the U.S. and globally.
