Regional Operations Manager
Current- Ensuring network is performing as designed and to meet kPIs Statistic, Coordinate, monitor and track all Operation team tasks including incident management, repair and maintenance, closing incidents, preventive.
- Provide technical support for active and passive activities on site.
- Getting daily information needed to improve the network to meet customers satisfaction & Performance Objectives
- Setting scope and responsibility between departments and continuously looking to improve network performance, Cost Effective solutions Identifying Problems before they become serious.
- Give timely feedback to management on issues affecting the network as well as to propound solution to resolution.
