Damian qualified as pilot in 1993, spending the early part of his aviation career based in various parts of Africa, eventually settling in Dubai to see out the remainder of his flying career. Alongside flying, property has always been a true passion of his. In 2017, Damian retired from the aviation industry to fully invest himself in the business of property and made the move to Cape Town with his wife and 3 girls.Since the early 2000’s Damian has and continues to be involved in all aspects of the property industry from property investment to property development, with projects having been successfully undertaken in Dubai, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. Being involved in the different facets of the industry, it's evident that there's a growing need for a smoother selling and buying process, accompanied by a reduction in exorbitant commissions that have remained unchanged for many years.
