Responsible for delivering, managing and maintaining the National Federation of Fish Friers marketing, media and content strategy alongside producing the industry leading magazine the Fish Friers Review.The National Federation of Fish Friers works to protect the interests of some 10,500 fish and chip shop owners across the UK and to promote the fish and chip brand. Established in 1913, the Federation represents its member’s interests in dealings with Government departments and agencies, other trade bodies, the press and media.My role includes• Write & produce a self-financing industrial trade magazine called the Fish Friers Review which is produced for the 10,500 fish and chip shops in the UK.• Deal with existing and gaining new Associated Members for the NFFF and its members. • Manage and maintain the NFFF content across all media. • Liaising with the NFFF Board of Directors, to prepare, distribute and manage external communications from the NFFF, including press releases and media responses, social media messaging.• Design and produce all marketing collateral for the NFFF, our Training Academy and the Quality Award.
